General Manager
HUMMA is conducting a search for a General Manager to lead a privately owned premium hospitality property in Nida — one of the most distinctive destinations on the Baltic coast.
Bringing together accommodation, restaurant, SPA & wellness, and indoor and outdoor pools, the property is entering a new stage of development under a clear long-term vision from its shareholders.
The General Manager will have the mandate to shape the property’s next chapter — combining commercial ambition, operational excellence and a distinctive guest experience.
This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo.
The Mandate
- Take full ownership of the property’s operations and P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead the property as one integrated hospitality business, ensuring consistently high standards across accommodation, F&B, SPA, wellness and guest experience.
- Build and lead a high-performing management team, creating clear accountability, a strong service culture and effective execution.
- Work directly with the shareholders to translate their vision into strategy and action, identifying opportunities to strengthen the concept, services and long-term value of the property.
The Profile
- Proven leadership experience within premium hotels, resorts, SPA, wellness or destination hospitality, ideally with responsibility for multiple operational functions.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including hands-on experience with budgeting, P&L management, revenue and cost performance.
- A combination of strategic thinking and operational depth — comfortable setting direction while remaining close enough to the business to ensure execution.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial leadership style with the ability to build teams, raise standards and develop a hospitality business, rather than simply maintain an existing operation.

From €3,000 net/month + performance-based bonus. We are open to discussing the overall package based on experience and profile.
