As the business continues to grow, our client is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing and communication strategy across premium residential, hospitality and lifestyle projects. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded and creative marketing leader who can combine strategic thinking, strong execution and an understanding of customer behaviour in the premium real estate segment.
Main responsibilities:
  • Lead marketing and communication strategy across projects and brands;
  • Develop and execute sales-driven marketing initiatives;
  • Manage marketing budgets and external partners;
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity;
  • Ensure strong brand positioning across all channels;
  • Advise senior leadership on marketing and sales strategy;
  • Drive digital marketing performance across paid and owned channels.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in marketing leadership or senior marketing roles;
  • Previous experience in real estate would be a strong advantage;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media;
  • Ability to manage projects, budgets and agencies independently;
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills;
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation abilities;
  • Good English language skills;
  • Driving licence category B.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary range: EUR 4960 – 6612 gross;
  • Performance-based bonuses depending on both individual and business results;
  • Relocation support and relocation terms can be discussed separately if required;
